Return Policy

We at CALLSONU take every measure to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition & on time but at the same time we expect you to bear with us if one in few orders get slightly crumple during transit. In case wrong product is delivered with our fulfilment service then we have very customer focused grievance readdress policies. Refund Policy

Company accepts no liability for “ special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned. Company accepts no liability for items whose loose colour , specially when colour of one part of the garment gets on the other part. Company is not responsible for any article is left beyond 15 days.

After this period , if storage fees will be charged Rs. 100 per month on the total invoice amount.
Company reserve the right to refuse cleaning or ironing of any garment.

In case of any loss or damage company can reimburse up to maximum of 3 times of its processing . Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.

Customer are requested to count and check the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing or found any stain on fabric.

Company will not responsible for any such claims after the articles delivery has been accepted and signed by the customer.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire , burglary , etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.


Delivery Terms

Every effort is made to deliver articles on time. However , if the delivery is delayed due to certain unforeseen circumstances , we will keep you updated about the delivery time.

Delivery shall be made within 72 hrs on working days.


Payment Terms

Customer has to pay the entire amount after successful delivery of order.

Taxes as per applicable will charged over and above the rates mentioned . Applicable if and when company comes under this category.

Customer will be charged extra the amount of regular order for any express delivery service.

In case you change your mind after placing the order or if it is placed by mistake, we accept your cancellation request only if the order is not dispatched and then only you are eligible for the refund. In such case inform our
